Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment in Yelm.

Sale price: $365,000

This home started out with four divided spaces in the main living area. Two living spaces, formal dining, and a kitchen. We took the dividing walls down to create one big open floor plan. Salvaged the cabinets, added a tile backsplash, new floors, paint, and new vanities in the bathrooms. Finished the home off with a new lighting package, and listed it for sale with me as I am a broker. The home was under contract within two weeks. About a week and a half.

What was the outcome?

Sold for a profit for the seller.

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

I am the real estate professional.
