Experienced on the rental side, and not too interested in going that route right now, but rather would like to find a team on the flipping side of things.  

One of the markets I have been active in and built a small team over the last few years is Charlotte.  

I am looking for investors (beginner or veteran) to team up with and make some money.

As a beginner I would recommend teaming up with an experienced flipper and learning the ropes, before going all in.

I do more signs, team sponsorship etc.

By teaming up with me, they are able to carry around 12 properties each, and move them through the various stages of repair and flip.Since I finance 100% of the purchase and repair price for them, they essentially have zero money vested in the inventory, which equates to an infinite rate of return on their labor-only investment.

I'm eager to invest, looking for any investors/flippers who would like to team up on a couple deals to get my feet wet, and mitigate some risks.I have cash on hand and access to additional funds. 

So I got offered to be couched by sean Terry's team for a fee of 5000 dollars and was wondering what people thought about this.
