Here's my quick brainstormHow I would find a mentor:1)Attending a local real estate clubs2)Attend real estate investment focused educational classes (not get rich quick road shows)3) Look up and research real estate records, news articles etc. of local real estate investors4) Work for a real estate office/broker/agent who invests or works with investors5) Join & volunteer at social service organizations, charities etc that known investors in the area belong.

In your opinion, for marketing: do you think a wholesaling website that portrays a message of urgency and “sell fast” and looks like every other wholesaling website, but has nothing to build a trust factor will work better than a website focused on client relations & reputation (having multiple social media accounts to grow trust factor) but doesn’t have the typical cliche content you normally see on a “we buy houses” website.I am trying to be different, and build a brand that people feel comfortable working with, but after seeing some other websites am wondering if it doesn’t have the same likelihood of people “taking action” to submit their information.I plan to start a direct mail marketing campaign soon and will reassess after, but I was curious to know if the website even matters.Any feedback is appreciated, thanks!

I like the idea Arron K. had of pavers, I would maybe add a fire pit/social gathering area to the paver area. 

Everyone is exercising social distancing and handwashing- but not putting people and business out of work.

Will we be forced to social distance again if COVID numbers are pessimistic after soft opening?

When it comes to the 1% rule I can say it's a good target, but appreciation for me is more important.

Work local RE meetups to meet buyers and find out what they want and then target those homes.

My state has 10 people per square mile, so you could say we have social distancing covered.
