I am new to the real estate investment, but I am super excited to learn about gaining financial freedom through real estate investment. I am currently located in Tacoma, WA and I looking for a way to find mentors to help me with this process. How does one go about that? Where should one look for a mentor? Any additional information will help!

Great question. Here's my quick brainstorm

How I would find a mentor:

1)Attending a local real estate clubs

2)Attend real estate investment focused educational classes (not get rich quick road shows)

3) Look up and research real estate records, news articles etc. of local real estate investors

4) Work for a real estate office/broker/agent who invests or works with investors

5) Join & volunteer at social service organizations, charities etc that known investors in the area belong.
