If you really go down this road I can set you up with the people that write the hoa agreements, the management agreements etc... research, research, research and market study first though... know this is a pretty advanced game and you will get burned without knowing how to play it...

As far as the imports vs. indigenous discussion goes, my observation is that in college all my study groups were all Indian, due to the fact that the american-born kids were lousy students who didn't care as long as they got a c in the course.
