Hello BP members; I'm new to the community of BiggerPockets but not to the Real Estate world. I've been studying, learning and doing deals for almost 5 years now. I'm focused on multi-family units; no particular location. I'm always looking for great deals, as long as the numbers work and the market is on the upside!
