Even if you can find a lender willing to cut down on the seasoning requirements it will cost you money.

While you're sharpening your mental ax by continuing to read books and listen to podcasts, get a side hustle or cut your expenses and bank cash as fast as you can.

I recently decided to cut the excuses, pay the yearly BP fee and get some skin in the game to force me to work harder so I can make that money back through scaling my real estate investing.  

I'm guessing there are non permitted additions and county made them tear out rinky dink short cuts.

I think the right tenant will appreciate the gesture but not use it to manipulate you further down the road - if they do at all try to use it to get rent discounts or not pay rent on time then I would cut off the generosity immediately.
