You are right the Small multi family space is tight right now.

If space is a limitation, then why spent the extra money?

I’m hoping to get advice and reassurance from this great community to help me execute, as I know that wisdom comes from experience, something that I admittedly don’t have in the real estate space (yet).I’m leaning towards getting into SFR turnkey rentals for all of the obvious reasons (low capital required for entry, less time intensive since I still work full time, etc.).

@Andrew Postell from above is another investor I know that is very active in the BRRRR space.

I see it getting more Multi-family perhaps some office space(at least close to downtown).

What is the best use for this space?

I started with SFR's but now my focus is in the Multifamily space.
