My name is Yasser, im located in South Florida i dont have a background in real estate investing other than owning the property where i currently live in, i want to become a full time real estate investor and im hoping to be able to link up with the members of this community to be able to reach my goals.

Its in a good location off Oltorf, south Austin.

I think once we understand if he will act on some of the things he's mentioned (cancelling NAFTA, etc.) then we'll better know what the impact will be to the Canadian market.That said, all real estate is local and while there will be impacts from US policy, I'd be focused on local economic factors more than what's happening south of the border.

I own (by inheritance) 2.25 acres in a small, one red light, South Carolina town.

Thanks again for all the advice - @Russell Brazil, @Naveen Kumar, and anyone else who would like to offer advise - where is the best place to find a real estate agent and what kind of questions should I ask them?  

I do have to throw in the fact that many rehab projects that go south are due to lack of funding. 

I am interested in finding a wholesaler who is wholesaling houses south of Chicago.
