When LJ was 9 years old he decided that he was going to buy a house when he 'grew up" because we were sponsoring a child through "Save the Children," and when he found out that the little girl we were sponsoring slept on a muddy, dirt floor he decided that he would save up for a home so that he could keep "poor people" from sleeping on dirt floors. [ one Autistic super-power, perseveration] I  told him that if he wanted to do that then he should start saving money.

When filling out the eviction paperwork (that would become part of the public record and that the person being evicted would see/ the judge would read out loud in court), I was much happier writing down the LLC name as the evictor rather than my own name, and the LLC address (a PO box), rather than my personal address where my family sleeps.

My son went the route of buying a single family home, 3/2, set up so that the dining room could be closed off and made into a 4th sleeping area and still have plenty of space - easy in Florida because of the way they set up their houses.
