Always get a survey

I hear a lot of people say that they don't get surveys.  I am working on buying a house now where an issue popped up.  This is going to be a flip so I'd traditionally have to pay for a survey on the final sell anyway.  I'm glad on caught this issue on the front end rather than the backend.  I think it will be easy to resolve IF I can get the guy next door to cooperate.  My lesson- ALWAYS get a survey.
