When I found the right 4plex, I kept it for a few years.Each skill set is a little different, but all in the same realm.

Can any fo the skills or talent be redeployed? 

Right now I’m in the phase of:-building credit + savings-wanting to develop my knowledge and skills I’m in the Memphis, TN area and would love to volunteer my time and skills with investors or seasoned people in real estate to grow my strengths.

Unless you have some deep skills-like maybe you are a contractor and can partner with another flipper, or investor who has money but needs to add skills.

Whew, Tamara it sounds like both you and the PM company need to be better organized and their communication needs improvement.

That's definitely not free tho but are you trying to say that it's all organic leads?
