We have family in Indiana, my mother in law was just moved to a nursing home facility there, and my son is graduating from high school next year so... it’s a great time to go!!!

I graduated high school there in 1983.

@Cory Francois I went to school in Muncie at Ball State, I’m not sure of specifics but you could if you want start renting out to college students!

It is very close to the Wilson school.

I grew up there and went to school there.

I was born and raised here, went to school in Fort Collins for a Mechanical Engineering degree, and found a job back in the springs working for Lockheed Martin.

Downsides are low appreciation, schools really aren't good, and a couple of not-so-great areas.I think Manchester is a bit "nicer" than EH, NB, and Bristol...but this is relative.May also be worth looking a little further East.

We just were looking for a place, in this absolutely gorgeous engineered community, with lakes, bike trails, 10 out of 10 schools, mall and movie theater within walking distance, trees, golf courses, underground wiring, all new building, etc. 

Right now, I am focusing on the wholesaling process so I can have earned income during school while gaining experience in finding deals and creating a network (win/win/win).  

They are one of many world class medical facilities located here, as well as, being a top 20 university that brings in thousands of exchange students each year for medical, engineering, and computer science schools.
