This is certainly a job needing permits and geology compaction reports/inspections.The demo portion is easy, simply knock out the bottom of the pool (every building and safety department has their own rules so some may have you demo out more than just the bottom) and demo the coping, tile, and pool decking.

This is an important metric in real estate as well the traditional world of equity capital and is also akin to the ROI although not the same.Where this gets tricky is as the equity in the property builds while the original investment capital remains the ROE changes so if your model is more of a long term hold the equity that builds up through principle pay down and appreciation now becomes very important to look at and understand for refinancing purposes.

Part of which is a health & safety to prevent Legionella bacteria.In regards to the fixtures, they’re rather expensive designer fixtures from $700-$900 a piece, so they only trust one plumber to work on them (the man who installed them) who said the temperature was fine.
