Although the slab on grade I built and ran the plumbing in the walls and ceiling - only drains in the floor. 

We had a tenant move out, 2 days later, someone kicked the door in, stole the entire furnace and stripped the wiring out of the walls!

Tenant retains a copy. 

I really like the "Time Zones" wall.

He lives in the condo but it is filled, wall to wall, with boxes, the content of which is unknown.  

Rent would be 900/month per unit which is what previous owner got and seems about average for this part of Norristown.Also, the wall mounted air conditioning is missing for both units.

The dilema here is if the seller chooses to take your advice and retains a listing agent, then it may put your deal in jeopardy since the listing agent representing the seller should recommend the seller instead list the property in the MLS for a possible higher net.

They also have a ton of material on all of this and seem to know what they are talking about.Do all of these attorneys work on retainer or can I interview them for free?
