Condo board resource

Our board joined this sight because we were looking for a support resource, a forum for self governing condo boards who have questions dealing with association issues.

For example, an owner is using his condo as a warehouse.  He lives in the condo but it is filled, wall to wall, with boxes, the content of which is unknown.  No one has ever seen him bring these boxes into his unit yet his 2 BR unit is filled with boxes.  We will now allow the termite inspector in; for obvious reasons.

We were looking for a place where we could network with other self managed condo boards where we could ask questions and get timely responses.

In the past, before this format became available, we posted questions but got no responses.  The frequently asked questions were addressed after they had been collected over time, infrequent questions seemed to get no response, or at least it seemed that way. So we stopped posting questions, because we needed timely responses.

We did receive email tips, etc. but little interaction.

This format is more like a Google+ Group, and is encouraging but will it address our needs?  Will it be cost effective for us?  Or should we be looking someplace else for the kind of support we are looking for?
