Hi All - Looking for my next investment move and considering diving into the short-term rental market.

A faux wood look with an almost black or dark grey siding would help distract the eye.But, all of this costs money, and typically beyond some cleanup and fresh paint, on a rental is the best bang for your buck.

They charge 4% which is less than the 10% for most property management companies.

For the first 6 months I ran it as a Airbnb after that I converted it to a long term rental.

For the first 6 months I ran it as a AirBNB and after 6 months I converted it to a long term rental.

BTW if the property doesn't work as a rental than it doesn't work as a lease option either.
