Would it be wise to be an agent and ALSO manage contractors to keep up with the property im flipping at the time, or would i not have any free time since i will be a salesperson?

Can I request a licensed contractor to do the inspection rather than realtor's husband?

Unless of course you are doing land contract or lease options.

As a private corporation, we're not required to share such info, but I give my word that we're not making buckets of cash, and in fact are losing money every month due to our redevelopment.

I have read that I can probably offer a contractor $50-100 to give me an estimate, but I have two problems there; first, I honestly (don't laugh) don't have $50, and second, how do I even know what needs to be done?

I know your contractors should get one if they earned at least $600- anybody else?

He also has many close contacts with contractors and he is certain he can get the best deal because he does so much business with them and the company he works for.
