I use a software (purposefully not mentioning name due to potential bp rule breaking as I've plenty of those) that calculates my estimate tax payments for the following year and I can print coupons out as reminders with the amount.

Read the fine print on those reports, they set themselves up to have as much liability as a weatherman does for predicting the weather.

We are also not afraid to get dirty if you need any help swinging a hammer or Bethany is well versed in QuickBooks and print marketing if you need a helping hand.

Also, any good recommendations for print houses would be greatly appreciated as well.Thank you in advance!

Plus they're the only bank I know who requires "wet signatures", no electronic signing, you have to print all 30+ pages, sign, scan/email or fax back to them. 

That said, pull out all the stops:- Create a professional prospectus - a glossy printed edition with big photos that are focused as much on the lifestyle as on the property- Create a single-property website that recreates and expands on the prospectus- Contact every developer you can find personally and get a copy in their hands via FedEx- Consider a catered developers open house / party event- Obviously, high end professional photos, video, 3D walkthrough- Serious paid advertising in the high end journals, Wall St Journal with a big budget- Broker tour for high end brokers- $10,000 bonus paid at closing for buyer's broker who brings the successful offer by [target date]- Top shelf home warranty- Consider something outrageous - include a new BMW 530i with the purchase if under contract by [target date]  (roughly $60K)That's it - but I'm sure I'll wake up at 2 AM with more ideas...

I recruit my 15 year old son to find the addresses of buildings in my target area, and have him print them out.

On the top, have something that looks like a form, with tiny little print so nobody can read it easily.
