A class will get "reset" people will lose those and once a new basis is established with a new buyer.. then they can lower their rents.. thus finally a slight pressure on B & C rents, but not much.There will always be a margin between A class and B class rents, but it will close. with mostly A rents going lower. people just cannot afford the insane rents on these new "luxury" units with "luxury" dog washing stations...Honestly..

When you rent it out keep good records of the security deposit and rents received so you can wash out that property on your next purchase.
