Using a personal line of credit for BRRR property

Hi, I have been reading BiggerPockets for the better part of a year and feel as though I should know enough to look for my first deal in a month or two. While my long-term goal is to invest using both the fix and flip and BRRR strategies, I would like to start off using BRRR. Has anyone here used a personal line of credit as the downpayment for a rental property?

I apologize if this is a topic that was already covered; I ran a search but could not find anything on this issue.
