I think I put this in the wrong spot, but I was trying to respond to somebody's request for input.I signed up 2 months ago and was a complete nightmare.First, they disputed items I already had removed a year ago which alerted the old creditors to my whereabouts and the debts are now back on.

He bought it 3 years ago for 130,000, and did a little work on it recently.The sign on it now has a few letters and a phone number, not a real estate agent or company.After reading a TINY bit here, I wonder if that seller now is a wholesaler, or at least someone who bought it at a lot less and is now asking the same as what the original fellow had.

I just recently moved back to Ontario and am seriously considering making a go in real estate investment arena (with the help of my brother and a part-time consulting job..lol).I see a few other Ontario people on here, so I hope maybe we can connect in the future.For the time being, I'm being a good newbie and am taking the advice of reading all the posts on here and reading the resources that are suggested (Rich Dad, Poor Dad, etc).I've actually developed my own spreadsheets based on the ones that you have on here...they were just what I was looking for.I know everyone is very busy making money (lol)...so I'll sign off for now.Thanks for all the great advice and I look forward to being able to give some good advice of my own in the future.Cheers,John

I signed with Weichert they get a month's rent to find me a tenant.I am surprised how little they are working to find me a tenant.I signed for the section 8 housing , I assumed that I would getting more offers.I check comparable rents.I have a better place and better location then others getting similar rents.Thank you for your help

The realtor we're working with told us today hours before we went to sign our bid paperwork that she ran our bid by the seller verbally and he said no way.
