Starting out in Toronto, Ontario

Hi,
I've been reading this site for a couple of weeks and wish I had been motivated enough to find it years ago.....but what can you do. Anyways, I think this site is fantastic. I just recently moved back to Ontario and am seriously considering making a go in real estate investment arena (with the help of my brother and a part-time consulting job..lol).
I see a few other Ontario people on here, so I hope maybe we can connect in the future.
For the time being, I'm being a good newbie and am taking the advice of reading all the posts on here and reading the resources that are suggested (Rich Dad, Poor Dad, etc).
I've actually developed my own spreadsheets based on the ones that you have on here...they were just what I was looking for.
I know everyone is very busy making money (lol)...so I'll sign off for now.
Thanks for all the great advice and I look forward to being able to give some good advice of my own in the future.
Cheers,
John
