Hello friends, My name is Auston I'm 30 years old and honestly very green to RE investing outside of purchasing my 2 of my personal home.

We have been finding luck picking up property just outside Chattanooga and there seems to be plenty of demand to rent it. 

Those are the numbers I used while searching in the Arvada area where we currently live and ended up outkicking our coverage by a long shot just thinking outside the box and getting creative!

@DeJarian Dickson GrahamOne time I hired a process server that attempted 7 times with no luck (low cost process server so I didn't expect much)I ended up getting up at 5am and waiting outside the house to wait for him to get out to go to work to serve him personally.
