Am I covered for situations like this where a tenant might sue a landlord through my normal home owners policy typically?

If someone is big enough they normally ask you use their title company since they have all the information needed and a good reputation.

It also has 2 full bath with tiled shower/tub, 2 car detached garage/shop, car port, and fenced in yard.

@Andrew Syrios you’re definitely right, it’s a higher deposit than that level of tenant would normally have to put down.

Also how much does it normally cost to evict someone?
