Hi everyone, i'm new to BP (apologize if this is in the wrong format)But I work for an advertising agency, have an associates degree in marketing, and would like to offer my "limited" experience in advertising / marketing to anyone that is interested.Not sure if Facebook/Instagram/YouTube ads are popular among the Real Estate community, but I have a decent amount of experience running ads in those spaces.If anyone is looking for pointers or recommendations on anything marketing related, or help running ads I would be happy to assist.

I wish someone told me to get a good W2 job with my college degree so I could get a bank loan, instead of being self employed right away.

Get a degree and call up a national house willing to take you on as a young'un.Determine what you want your speciality to be (indust, retail, medical, multi-family, etc.)Pay attention, make s***-ton of calls and build your contactsDepending on the location, economy, you could make <$300K in 5 years if you;re aggresive enough. 

Put it this way, there are about 40 classes in a degree and each class is about 40h of lectures.

We keep it at 120 degrees.

I graduated from the Milwaukee School of Engineering with a degree in Architectural Engineering and have a starting salary of 70K in Milwaukee.

My next goal is to find a way to tie my legal degree with real estate to really understand and master this industry.  

If all I am really wanting to do is flip houses and rent out duplexes/apartments, is there any need for any sort of degree?

So, when you plan on the new kitchen, make sure to plan on just straight line of cabinets and counters, with 90 degree turns.

These may be a healthy mix of hard money lenders and a few private lenders like myself in there, but in general if they are going to take the steps to join an industry association, they likely are reputable to a degree.
