I’m an commercial artist who has been fortunate enough to have built a career in Illustration and design for the last couple of decades.

I can still develop the property but can't kick him out for 3 years. 

I just want to know how this can be done in a nice legal way without any complications.

So, I am up for the challenge and in the process make myself and investors a nice profit.

But knowing what the "catch" for such investments is could be helpful in my initial meeting with the developer.

The concept pictures of the renovated apartments do look VERY nice.
