I'm currently working with a local municipality to build independent, assisted, and memory care homes on a six acre plot of land.  

Honestky, it's a great group of go-givers.Regarding how to get started, definitely attend as many local real estate meetups as you possibly can. 

Given I can't join any local meet ups, I was hoping to connect with people who invest in Toledo.

Looking into the trends in the local market and making sure the property is in a wanted area can make up for the first money spent.Good luck!

Perhaps a visit to your local bank or credit union to see what you can qualify for is a good start.   

Everyone can just point the finger at someone else.With a true turnkey model "one stop shop" per se, the penny drops with the turnkey provider and only they are to blame as most genuine turnkey providers will put their name and reputation behind their product/operation.Just my opinion.Thanks 

I was just wondering if anyone could give me some advice on how to start, and if anyone could recommend some local title companies/ attorneys , that do closing deals with wholesalers.

I was also working on the inside of a good-sized local mortgage brokerage and had a direct link to their business.
