I've recently started marketing for my cash buyers site and am curious what type of methods you use to do this?

There are 2 methods that rental income is calculated depending on if the income shows up on your tax return or not?

A method to use if you want to build an inventory of rentals rather than turn over ownership of each property.

My advertising is on CL and offline methods. 

I did this with my dad when he sent out menu flyers for his restaurant, I am wondering if it’s the same method?

I was about to try it out until I became aware of new laws in Florida governing this marketing method.

2 schools of thought on debt repayment:1. snowball method - throw all you can at the smallest debt balance first, then move on to the next when that is paid off.2. highest interest - pay of the highest interest loan first, then move on to the next.
