Marketing to Motivated Sellers

Good day all!

I've recently started marketing for my cash buyers site and am curious what type of methods you use to do this? I've propped up a site, have a blog I'm able to post to, and have introduced AdWords as a method for driving traffic. Now, every couple of days I'm posting to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn & Craigslist but I'm curious what other methods you've used to drive targeted traffic to you?

Thanks!

@Jerryll Noorden - I may have confused what I meant to say. I'm reaching to motivated sellers as a cash buyer and am curious what methods others have taken.

My site is SEO optimized and I'm following a plan to get higher ranked but have been advised it can take 6 - 12 months to move to page 1. After, to move into the top 5 can take another massive effort. While I have those as goals I'd like to start generating leads now. What SEO tips or resources do you have?

Yes, the plan is to get contracts and then sell them off to those that are looking to buy. I have a few cash buyers and plan to build an internal list, but not something I'll be creating an email distribution list for. I'm not looking for any houses, I'm only looking for the best.

 Aahhhhhh so so!!

OK in that case let me revise my answer.

It takes 6 months to a year to rank #1.

Don't take this to heart.  If you do purely whitehat SEO and your competitors do black hat or grey ht, you may never rank.

Also, it of course depends on what your competition is doing.

I have been ranking #1 (and #2,  and #3, and #6) for over 2 years now. Obviously thus, for my competitors it is not taking 6 months to 1 year to rank. They may never rank (I HOPE) because I am a selfish greedy prick douchebag evil runt that won't share nor allow anyone but me to be on the first page of Google ^_^

I think you see it a it wrong.

If I understand it you will do a valiant effort to rank significantly, and then do a MASSIVE effort to rank even better.

Don't have this type of mentality. Don't even look at your ranking,  (other than seeing what works and what doesnt). Just Do EVERYTHING you can and then more from the start.

If you do what everyone is doing  (backlinks, citations, keyword yada yada yada... it will be a LOT harder to rank, because .. yup, everyone is doing that.

I ranked in about 4 months because I came up with my own unique strategies.

Ohh poop, you know what..

let me just do this:

From Google Analytics:

The picture above shows my online history. I started in Feb 2016.

I didnt know bout Investor carrot. .. well honestly, I did know about IC but their sites were SO DAMN UGLY, so I thought I could make a MUCH better site on my own. So I started a Wix website. Well what a waste of time.

I kept seeing IC sites ranking so I said said to myself I have to pick either my Ego, or Making money. I picked making money. So I put my ego aside and started my IC site:

And then this is my online history from Carrot

So I started my IC site the end of April 2016.

I then ranked 1 towards the end of August. But you don't jump to #1 solidly mind you. You fluctuate for a month or so until you are stable.

SEO is a slow process they say.

I say.. mybe. It depends on many things. White hat SEO is slow yes, But being really good at it, makes it, well... less slow. But again it is not just up to you. It is also up to your competitors and how good they are.

;)

BTW:

I took a looksie at your site. Please see this as constructive criticism.. Your site is not as optimized as you may think. And your conversion score is also not where it should be. Lot of room for improvement.

The most obviously glaring thing missing just from a quick glance is the "How It Works" section. This is the second most frequented page on my end.

But feel free to reach out and we will have an elaborate discussion on how to make your site better if you like.
