I called no response, I will keep calling, I skiptrace all their family so today I will mail out cards regarding my interest.

Direct mailing and a lead website are my initial thoughts but I want to hear your suggestions.

You can work out of your home but you may need to probably file a fictitious business name and use a mail receiving service or a P.O.
