Renovations included but weren't limited to: Point-up & sand walls, new paint, new floors in kitchen, new cabinets, new appliances, added washer and dryer, completely remodeled bathroom, bathroom door replace with a barn door, fixed pipes and installed portions of new piping in bathroom, recess lights added in living room, remodeled the back "patio" into living space (could be used for an office or den), steps in the back were fixed, new doors and locks throughout, new thermostat installed.. etc What was the outcome?

Rodrigues you would think so but I already got the disclosures and rate lock and it was for an investment property.

Perhaps that is a common thing, or that's just me, but after locking down 2 homerun deals I'm now looking at 4 and 5 extremely selectively.

Hi Ross, I have STR’s up in north myrte beach and have done well so long as the governor doesn’t lock  down the short term rentals again.I know Charleston is kind of odd in that the STR’s are only allowed in a small area.  

Can I enter the unit now and change the locks?

Yesterday after assembling the glass corner shower kit, I hopped on my bicycle to roll down the street to get ice cream at the local creamery and whammo, chain locked up and over the front of the bars I went.

He said he didnt care if will drill the lock out but not sure if he means to just leave a hole there or change the locks and give him new keys. im going to clarify that with him. 

(I was not sure if it was a crime scene ) He told me I could go lock the doors and make sure the property was secured.

I locked in a decent price for this townhome, just weeks later they already started listing  identical unbuilt units for 5k higher.

I haven't locked them in yet, but the owner sent me 3 and has more he would like to get rid of.
