I do agree that an in-house maintenance crew makes getting small repairs done quickly, however, we have also found the repairs tend to be of a poor quality or lazy choices are made... especially when they know you can't easily come and check up on them.

Good afternoon all.I am just a newbie and I am wroking to get my fist deal done by the end of this year and I was recommended a realtor by a friend of mine who has been investing successfully for the last couple of years.From the contract that he sent to me, it seems to state that he(his frim) would be my exclusive agent to help me with my house hunting for the duration of the agreement (1 year).

I have done Craigslist a few times, and I always tell myself that I need to start sending emails to previous guests, but I think I get kinda lazy with it since it's already doing so well on VRBO and AirBnb.
