Hello,I have an applicant for my rental property that has a great credit score, but for the last 4 months I see a pattern of 5-10 enquiries per month  in their credit score.

On the equity end we haven’t purchased a property in the last 2 years.  

Please don't advise bankruptcy, as that should be a last case resort.I had 1 very similar to this before.

Since theses last few years have been statistical anomalies when it comes to home value surges, I wouldn't count on values growing at the same pace. 

Move the goal line right at the end.

I started acquiring buy and holds with my business partner last year and we are up to 15 units.Lately I have been really focused on moving on from my W2 job and expanding the business we have.

The last 3 properties I bought were actually in almost move in ready condition.

Last night I spoke with the heir through an interpretor.

My ultimate goal is to potentially refinance down the line to settle everything.Any tips or insights would be greatly appreciated!
