I have been told to use Baselane so that they can ACH transfer for free, and that baselane also gives me 4.5% APR for my money saved there (i.e. security deposits, etc.)However, I don't like Baselane's withdrawal limits, and also how long it would take for baselane to transfer money to my primary checking accounts, at JP Morgan.

i would get #s from a FEW as you're getting started, to see who knows their stuff. if ARV could be as low as 90k you'd pretty much have to get it for free. deals like this sometimes work creatively though. if they're open to seller financing. and you can wholesale creative deals.

.: Okay, not all of the mistakes, just some of the biggest.I stopped counting at $2m in mistakes lolYou can't always win but as long as you win more than you loose, you will always be in the green.I consider all mistakes as a "cost of doing business".We live, we learn, we try again and try not to repeat the same mistakes.Much success to all 🙏Just out of curiosity, in your opinion, if you had a knowledgeable coach early on, could you have avoided some of those mistakes or were you determined to do things on your own and wouldn't have listened anyway?
