The "Certificate of Mailing" only proves we presented the letter to a post office employee and provides a clearly printed stamp of date it was mailed.

Only exception here is companies with minimum 10 employees, and even then it needs to be very material intensive like HVAC or kitchens, not plumbing or electrical.
