@Joshua Costa yes that’s exactly what I was saying :)It did some more research and it does appear that less than six months is going to be extremely unlikely to work unless you could show some kind of extenuating circumstance “forcing” you to make the move.Some pages mentioned an FHA affidavit of residency intent that you would have signed at your first closing.

You are a disqualified person.For you to acquire a property with the intention of combining that property along with your IRA held property in a future sale clearly creates benefit in both directions.

Stop the bleeding sooner and reduce stress in your life and in my experience still cost less than months of non payment during eviction process, legal fees, possible intentional property damage, and a judgement against someone with no assets and probably little/no income.
