One way to spot relative topics is to set up keyword alerts that will let you know when your topic is being discussed.Probate is a big topic; maybe even worth its own category given the ongoing interest year in and year out. 

My background:  degree in finance, early 30s, I work in the industry but not in sales.  

Doesn't mean it's a bad place to invest just that it won't get on the radar of many investors.I agree with you though that it's a spot worth looking at.
