I am from Tucson, I am looking to learn about probate investing. This is my interest . I have done a couple of deals in 2015. I want to do at least 12 in 2016, this is my short term goal. 

If anyone has any suggestions, I am always open to some help and insight.

This is my first time on this site , hope to learn a lot and meat new people .
