I'm also thinking of building 3 units just like this side by side plus an identical ADU so I can squeeze a 4th unit in if time permits.I have pocket doors between the kitchen and living room to the right.

The area was up and coming and I have a background in building multifamily.

I would love to connect with Multi family investors, developers, etc. to potentially collaborate with while building my network.

I aim to find distressed properties with or without existing ADUs, rehab the SFH and ADU, and build a DADU (DADU can satisfy priority #2, something Airbnb-able that you can be excited to visit).
