Which, if handled right, can be fine but you would need to have a lot of knowledge as to how to make that type of property stay successful.

Start learning about RE.Don, I'm surprised, but I think you have the money to blow so I'm not concerned about you, you'll be fine.

If you can find deals with $50k on the bone and be fine with making $20k, you can make a nice living doing 4-5 of theses a year.

Had everything been fine, the added costs were already accounted for and the income I mentioned was reflective of the higher costs.At any rate, I just got the better part of the estimate of repairs and it is way over what I thought the amount was going to be.

They communicated with the closing agents for both deals and everything was fine.

I know I was reviewing a lot of Joe McCall's wholesaling these type of transactions and I wanted to get out there and try one, if I fail that's fine but I want to work my way through to try and learn from it.
