One of the more interesting sections shows a breakdown the top 25 or so desirable/necessary home features for millennial buyers, now the largest share of home buyers in the country.  

Just to throw an idea out there that's a little outside the box, I've had a lot of intrigue from adding smart home features.

The loans feature amortizations over 30 years, and also have 45-day closings.

They usually include features that allow you to send out customized applications to your tenants and also take care of the tenant screening process at the same time.

The appraisal determines the house's worth based on comparable home prices in the area, lot size, home features, school zones, and crime rates. 

I get that they seem all but identical but they really are miles apart, vastly different assessment systems, completely different marketing and sales models, just really 2 different worlds in total. 

I already have a plan/design in mind and would like to have some say in features/finishes.Are contactors willing to have this kind of arrangement?
