Millennial Home Buying Trends

Hi All!

I came across this study while researching market trends.  There is an incredible amount of breakdowns and detail regarding Millennial trends in home buying as well as other generational trends.

One of the more interesting sections shows a breakdown the top 25 or so desirable/necessary home features for millennial buyers, now the largest share of home buyers in the country.  Gotta have that laundry room.  Don't worry too much about the elevator.

Hope this provides a little helpful insight into some industry trends.

@Pat L. ha, well hopefully all's well that ends well with that lady.

@Evan Polaski  70 years ago everyone was moving to the suburbs to raise their kids.  Now it's to raise their dogs. Lol, fascinating times!

Thanks for your input!
