It is either a fix and flip and pull out equity or a simple equity hold from renter paying mortgage at best. 

We rehabbed our first property and have connections so we aren't afraid of a fixer-upper.We understand that buying through a wholesaler can be risky because there are no official requirements, regulations, or hand-holding. 

@Jaye Seay the idea isn't to pay down with cash flow from buy and hold, the idea is to refinance before the promo period ends.

I would try to look at their social media accounts to get a good idea of whom they are or portray to be.

I would like to hear from "PEOPLE WHO HAVE DONE THIS"  type of flipping / buy-n-hold, as well as the pros and cons of doing so.The first issue that comes to mind is where to get funding on a property with such low entry value.Coffee talk amongst yourselves and get back to me.

I am open to many different ideas and opportunities, ultimately I just want a peaceful getaway in the Offseason but a place where for the other ten months of the year could be income generating.
