I hope that this is not true, but it may be an old fuse box style as well, and if this is the case I will probably ask for seller concessions to make the necessary upgrades and potentially rewire the entire place.

Bienes Raices AC system is on the roof -- can it be moved?

It's one of those old 1950's style houses with a partial flat roof and the AC condensor is on the roof, and the handler is in the attic.This is in Florida, where the insurance rules tend to be strict, and a 4 point inspection is required for "old" properties.
