If all of your bills are in USD then buying other currencies is not required.

I'm wondering what options are out there for financing to foreigners - I am Canadian, my husband is British (and Canadian permanent resident).

But taxes and business entities are a foreign language.. 

I'm sure when you're a millionaire and working from a beach in some foreign country, then maybe they'll understand.

In a recent 12 month period, there was a 60% increase in investment by foreign investors in Texas. 

I am stepping into this foreign world of real estate investing.

The books below have not really “taught” me a single thing for Real Estate Investments but it has most definitely changed the way I think (outside the box) about currency, 401k’s, cash flow and taxes to say the least.

Does not lend to foreign nationals.

I am not recommending any foreign country at present.
