I am Alysen from Utah. I am stepping into this foreign world of real estate investing. I have been trying to learn a little about flipping homes and building a rental property business for myself. I love the idea of taking an old property and restoring life and beauty all while still making a little cash in the process. I am extremely excited to get started and terrified at the same! I want to learn how to find the deals and make this a fun adventure for me. Here's to trying new things!
