When deals come (yes it is feast or famine), my wife hates it because it consumes most of my "off" time, but then she is happy with it when I tell her I just booked a trip for a waterpark adventure for family, or I picked up tickets for date night to a show, concert, or sporting event.

B+ or A class properties on Carmel and Fishers are less cash flow plays and more appreciation plays so, as long as you aren't underwater on this and have reserves for any big ticket repairs, you should be OK.
