Thanks Jim @Jim Hiler.I am that professional as your thoughts:) What I am thinking is just to put those 6 by 12 concrete blocks every 2 feet on the ground and then pull concrete to seal each block on the ground.

@Fernanda Netto, call up a couple of local fencing companies, explain you're and investor looking at a potential acquisition, tell them how linear feet of fence you need, what type of fence (coral, stockade, shadow-box, etc) and how many gates and he/she might be good enough to give you a verbal, ball-park quote over the phone.

(Side note: I have 2 different asphalt shingles brands on my roof and never new it until I was standing on it. 6/12 pitch, 25' feet up, each gamble roof side was different. ) If one roof needs to be replaced isn't the other roof needing to be replaced for the same reasons?
