Can anyone provide some general guidelines on how to estimate the cost of putting in a wooden fence on a flip?

I’ve done quite a few fences. If the deal comes down to the cost of the fence, definitely call around and get several quotes. The last time I called to get quotes the prices ranged from $17-22 per linear foot. I’ve also done the work myself a number of times, and have found the cost to be roughly half of what it cost to have someone else do it. Like anything else, prices can vary by your market though. So call around and see what prices go for in your area to be sure.
